The Luxembourg Embassy to Russia, the Russian Embassy to Luxembourg,
the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry of the Russian Federation have taken the initiative to further
promote the Russian innovation project
SKOLKOVO
in Luxembourg and to introduce the project to all relevant actors and
companies in Luxembourg . Skolkovo occupies a place on the top of
agenda of Russian authorities and enjoys the support of the Federal
government, parliament and business associations. It is intended to be
an ultramodern complex created to encourage scientifically-technological
based companies and it would offer attractive working conditions for
the selected projects in five priority directions: energy,
telecommunications, IT, biomedical and nuclear technologies.
