From April 12th - 15th 2010, H.R.H. Crown Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg
and the Minister of the Economy and Foreign Trade, H. E. Mr Jeannot
Krecké, will lead a trade mission to Moscow and St Petersburg.
This multi-sectoral mission, organized by the Luxembourg Chamber of
Commerce, the Luxembourg Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, the
agencies ‘Luxembourg for Business' and ‘Luxembourg for Finance' as well
as the Embassy of Luxembourg in Russia, will consist of high quality
economic and financial seminars and conferences, as well as numerous
business meetings with Russian companies.
Luxembourg´s economic relationship with Russia has developed
significantly in the recent years. The matchmaking meetings with Russian
business partners will allow members of the trade delegation to
intensify their business contacts and find new partners in Russia. It
will be a unique opportunity to gain special access to officials and
business partners.
A Conference on "Luxembourg - THE business hub in Europe" with H.E. Mr
Jeannot Krecké, Luxembourg Minister of the Economy as keynote speaker,
will take place in Moscow on 12th April and in St Petersburg on 14th
April.
A Seminar entitled "Moscow and Luxembourg, a partnership for financial
services centres", organized jointly by the Moscow State Debt Committee,
Mosfinagency and "Luxembourg for Finance", will take place at the Hotel
President in Moscow on 13th April.
Luxembourg for Finance is also organizing a conference in St Petersburg
on the partnership between Luxembourg and St Petersburg in the financial
services sector, which will take place at the Hotel Corinthia on 15th
April with the participation of the St Petersburg International Banking
Institute.
